FXZ-8-B力矩旋蓋機(jī)

本機(jī)是在FXZ-6直列式旋蓋機(jī)基礎(chǔ)上優(yōu)化改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品。其主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)：前段3組輪采用滾蓋，（可調(diào)整旋緊的一致性）進(jìn)行初旋，后段1組輪采用力矩旋蓋進(jìn)行精確旋緊，從而保證了一致性的力矩。對(duì)于大小不同瓶蓋可調(diào)整力矩輪的氣壓，即可達(dá)到所需的相應(yīng)力矩要求。該機(jī)除有歪蓋處理、無(wú)蓋處理外，還配有倒蓋裝置，通過(guò)此“倒蓋裝置”可以使蓋與瓶更好地配合，以便順利進(jìn)入旋蓋。該機(jī)也配備無(wú)鋁箔剔除裝置，無(wú)鋁箔的蓋在下蓋前被自動(dòng)剔除，確保了鋁箔的在蓋率為100%。該機(jī)采用了PLC控制系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)，隨時(shí)可以調(diào)用，能快速改變包裝規(guī)格。本機(jī)符合GMP要求。

FXZ-8-B Torque capping machine 

This machine adopts the PLC system to store the data. It can change the packing specifications quickly. The torque plays an important role in the sealing quality. The machine twists the caps through the first capping part, then screws accurately through the second torque capping part. Adjusting the pressure of torque wheels according to the different caps, it can guarantee the consistency of torque and meets the requirements of different caps easily. This machine can deal with the inclined cap and non-cap. Cap reverse device can match the cap and the bottle well

An extra non-foil rejecting device can be selected; it can reject the caps without the aluminum foil, to achieve the 100% accuracy of foil inside the cap. It is in accords with GMP.
